This customer do not visit our factory before, he know us through his friend who buy our truss before, his friend told him our truss quality is very good, it does not matter, even he can not come to us, we can show him around our factory by whatsapp and wechat, it take about 1 month to talk about the drawing one by one, becuase his time is about 5 hours latter than us, offten when he start working, it is off work time in China, but our team still work with him and answer his questions one by one. Although our English is not smooth, it does not hinder our communication with each other. we are not face to face, but we call each other day by day. 

He buy 400*400mm box truss as pillar, 520*760mm truss as beam, for 400mm square truss, we make 1 side with horizonal tube for man easily climb up and down.
