12x10m stage roof project

A custom gable roof truss with 12m span, 10m depth and 8m overall height has been recently completed for long-term seaside outdoor application.Using 290×290mm square truss as pillars, while main beams use sturdy 400×400mm square truss sections, assembled with widely used pin connection systems for quick installation.

Considering persistent coastal salt spray corrosion, all connecting pins and R-clips are made of stainless steel instead of ordinary carbon steel. The material effectively resists saltwater erosion and oxidation, greatly extending the whole structure’s service life in harsh marine environments.
