A newly finished custom pitched roof truss combining European design standards and sophisticated Chinese manufacturing has drawn wide attention in the global stage equipment industry. The whole set comes with an 18-meter span, 16-meter depth and 11-meter total height. Its vertical columns are made of 350×350mm square truss frames, while main cross beams adopt heavy-duty 510×510mm square truss sections for excellent structural stability.

For maximum safety and durability, the whole framework is built with high quality 6082 T6 aluminum alloy supplied by Xingfa Aluminum, a well-known listed enterprise. All raw materials have passed strict SGS third-party inspections, covering chemical composition analysis and tensile strength testing. During fabrication, professional argon arc welding with R5356 welding bars is applied to secure solid welding joints and reliable overall quality. Before shipment, full whole-set trial assembly is carried out thoroughly to eliminate hidden problems and guarantee full client satisfaction upon receipt.
